Warranty registration

There is a five-year warranty on your Sandberg product. If the product develops a fault requiring repair or exchange under the warranty, please contact your dealer. Always remember to bring the original proof of purchase. As Sandberg offers a longer warranty than required by law, we recommend that you bring along the warranty certificate that came with the product so you have documentation for the full warranty period. Note that the warranty will be invalidated if the user guide is not followed, in the event of misuse or wanton destruction, if any repair is attempted by unauthorised persons or if the product breaks due to wear and tear.
