When I start Windows 2000 or Windows XP after installing my Sandberg Memory Bay, Windows doesn’t always start. It often produces a ‘blue screen’. This only happens if the Sandberg Memory Bay is connected during start-up.

Try updating the device’s firmware. You can find an update and instructions under our driver section. If you are unable to update the device, call Sandberg support on +45 7026 3500.
