I have two hard disks inserted in the cloner but can only see one of them.
If you have only just cloned the disks then they will be completely identical, which is why Windows cannot differentiate between them. Change the hard disk signature on one of the hard disks to resolve this.
Why doesn't cloning start even if I follow the instructions and hold the button for 3-4 seconds?
Check that the cloner is not connected to your computer. Cloning only works offline, i.e. when the cloner is not connected to your computer because otherwise the computer tries to read the disks during the cloning process.
I have inserted 2 discs in the cloner and am trying to start the cloning. But it does not start, why?
The cloner must be disconnected from the PC.
Check the cable is removed.
Check that the target disk is partitioned and formatted.
Check that the target disk has a higher capacity than the source disk.
Check that there are no errors on the hard drives.
