Simply insert the card into an available PCI-E port inside your computer, and then you can connect USB 3.0 devices to the card’s USB 3.0 ports. You can then transfer data at speeds of up to an impressive 5 Gbit/sec, equivalent to 10 times faster than the previous USB 2.0 standard. FAQ

    • Why does the card sometimes lose its connection when I connect a device to it?
Try connecting it to the power cable supplied as described in the manual. If this does not help, Windows' power saving function on the PCI-E port may have been enabled. If this is the case, it must be disabled.
    • I inserted the CD into my CD drive and entered the driver path from the manual, but I get an error message.
Unfortunately, we had a production where the driver path on the CD and manual do not match. You should use this path: D:\RENESAS-USB3-Host-Driver-30160-setup.exe
