    The Sandberg Hard Disk Cloner is the perfect solution for when you need to copy, read and write large amounts of data quickly and easily. The cloner has two SATA slots, so you can connect two hard disks to your PC at the same time. The two SATA slots also allow you to clone the contents of one hard disk to another, without any PC connection at all. USB or eSATA connection.

    • When I have performed an offline cloning all the LEDs remain lit, even if the manual says they should switch off?
      The hardware has been modified since the manual was completed. The LEDs do not turn off, but remain lit once cloning is complete.
    • Can the Cloner clone hard disks formatted in MAC's HFS format?
      Yes, it can.
    • Does the destination hard disk have to have greater capacity than the source hard disk?
      Yes, or it has to have at least exactly the same capacity as the source hard disk.
    • I am trying to perform an offline cloning. The disks are running but the lights are not on.
      You have probably not started the cloning process correctly. Please be aware that the Clone button must be held down for 3 seconds until the 100% LED lights up. You must then press the Clone button again QUICKLY and the cloning will start.
    • I am trying to clone via the PC, but the Clone Drive program only shows my C drive. Why is this?
      It is important that you insert a hard disk in both slot A and slot B in the Cloner. These are then shown in Clone Drive and the C drive disappears. You can now clone from slot A to slot B. Please note that you cannot clone from the computer's internal hard disk.
