It was really frustrating

"It was really frustrating" says Kenneth Jensen after a thoroughly unpleasant experience with a telephone conversation that just didn't go the way it was supposed to. Kenneth was busy working in his home office while listening to Internet radio in the background. Suddenly his daughter called on the IP telephone: "Dad, I missed my stop on the train. Can you come and pick me up? Dad? Daaaad? Are you there? ... click, pip, pip, pip," came the sound from Kenneth's speakers while he sat and called at the screen to his daughter, who obviously couldn't hear anything at all. She came home three hours later, tired and irritable.

The persons and situation depicted are fictitious, but similar things take place daily because you normally have EITHER speakers OR a headset connected to your computer. Not any more however.

The Sandberg USB ChatSet solves this problem in a simple and elegant way. Plug the Sandberg USB ChatSet into a USB port and it installs immediately as a new sound card. This lets you specify that applications such as Internet radio and Media Player should always use the built-in sound card to which the speakers are connected, while IP telephony, MSN, etc. should always use the USB sound card, i.e. the Sandberg USB ChatSet.

The Sandberg USB ChatSet is very light-weight, and we have gone all out for sound quality. The ear pads and microphone provide clear and pure sound reproduction.

The Sandberg USB ChatSet has a five-year warranty. Despite this we have succeeded in keeping the price very low so it is within everyone's reach.

NB: if you have another headset with standard connector jacks that you would like to use in the same way, take a look at the Sandberg USB to Sound Link.
