Sandberg has launched a truly universal solution for charging all kinds of mobile devices, from MP3 players and digital cameras to mobile phones, using power sockets, car cigarette lighters or a USB connector in a computer or games console, for example.
The key element in the kit is a flexible spiral cable. One end can be inserted either directly into a USB connector or into a power socket or 12 V connection in a car using the adapter provided. The car adapter can also operate using 24 V, so will work in lorries and plant machinery.
The other end of the cable can be connected to one of the many adapters supplied. As well as some general mini and micro USB connectors, which are increasingly being used in new devices, there are also adapters for the iPhone, iPod, Nokia, Sony Ericsson, LG and Samsung.
You can also choose to use your original USB charger together with either the car adapter or the 230 V adapter.
Erling Hoff Petersen, Sales Director at Sandberg A/S, comments: "It is probably the most flexible kit on the market. It works almost anywhere and with virtually anything."
