As always, we use large images and easy-to-read text without too much technical jargon. Of course we also include the technical specifications, but they are shown in a smaller font. The main thing for the consumer is not what the product is made of, but what it can be used for."

Petersen explains about the choice of PDF: "It was obvious. PDFs appear the same whatever browser or platform you use and print-outs always come out well. At the same time, Adobe® Acrobat® Reader is one of the world's most popular applications so compatibility is not an issue. Then there is of course the environmental aspect: Our PDFs are always kept short so that you only ever have to print out a single page."
