With the launch of a new laser mouse, Sandberg aims to capture market share in the market for pointing devices.

The Sandberg Wireless Laser Mouse is another very special mouse from Sandberg. It is just one of a range of mice and keyboards from Sandberg which all have special features. They are high quality products which have received a good write-up in the press.

The Sandberg Wireless Laser Mouse uses laser technology, enabling you to use the mouse on any type of surface. It even works perfectly on glass tables or polished sheet metal surfaces, which a normal optical mouse would struggle with.

This elegant mouse comes with rechargeable batteries which are charged in the base station. The base station also functions as the receiver for the mouse's radio signals. Despite the five-year warranty and associated telephone hotline, the price is very low compared to that of other products on the market. Great precision with 1600 dpi resolution and five programmable keys make the mouse an even better deal.

Erling Hoff Petersen, Sales Director of Sandberg A/S, explains: "There are some very strong brands on the market for pointing devices. This means that we basically have to give the users more for their money. If we don't, then we haven't got a chance of building up an influential position in the market. We believe that having a good product at a competitive price is the best marketing you can have."

The Sandberg Wireless Laser Mouse is already on its way to the shops. Find your nearest dealer at www.sandberg.world.

Sandberg has previously made a name for itself with other unusual pointing devices, e.g. the mouse that runs on wireless power and the sofa keyboard.
