Sandberg builds a bridge between Mac and Windows

While the debate is raging about which operating system is the best, Sandberg is putting a product on the market that builds a bridge between the different operating systems. Not only between different versions of Windows, but also to Apple computers such as the very popular MacBook.

Martin Hollerup, Managing Director of Sandberg A/S, explains: "The truth is that the world is not black and white. In many homes and companies, there are computers with different types of operating systems."

The Sandberg USB Share Link PC-Mac is incredibly easy to use – it couldn't be more simple. There is an ordinary USB connector at each end which can be plugged into the two computers in question. The driver and software are stored on a chip in the hardware itself, so installation does not require the machine to have a CD or DVD drive.

Once the cable and software are installed you can use the mouse to move data and programs directly from computer to computer at lightning speed – or at least up to 480 Mbit/sec. And this is worth noting whether you have connected a Windows PC to a Mac or, for example, you have connected a Windows XP computer to a Windows 7 one.

Where two Windows based computers are connected, you are also able to synchronise Outlook data, share an internet connection and share optical drives.

Martin Hollerup enthuses: "No more piles of burned CDs, countless USB memory sticks and temporary network configurations. This is direct and very fast. It's an absolute must when you change your computer."

You can buy a Sandberg USB Share Link PC-Mac from the www.sandberg.world website and in all good computer stores.
