PRESS RELEASE

One of Sandberg's best-selling products of all time, the Sandberg HeadSet, is now being retired after selling over 100,000 units. Its successor is not a number two, but a number one – the Sandberg HeadSet One.

It is traditional virtues that have made the Sandberg HeadSet such an unqualified success: simple and timeless design, great comfort and good sound quality combined with an impressive, competitive price.

In terms of sound, with the HeadSet One, Sandberg has moved up to 40 mm units, which are normally only used in much more expensive and larger headsets.

The Sandberg HeadSet One has been given a more comfortable headband and softer earphones, which also provide better insulation against external noise without being enormous. The HeadSet One also has an improved microphone, which is not only of high quality for crystal clear sound recording, but is also fitted on a flexible arm, so it can easily be positioned correctly in front of the mouth.

We have also focused on the detail of the cord. FlexFit is an innovation whereby a loop in the cord is flexibly hung on the headset itself. The result is that the cord has some slack, so when you turn around on your office chair or stand up, the headset won't be pulled off your head. The icing on the cake is that the cord has a hard-wearing cover of woven nylon, making it extra durable.

There is also an inline volume control, which is elegantly fitted in a small control unit.

A pretty robust product, designed right down to the smallest detail. Sandberg is staking a lot on having created a new bestseller, with a price point of only EUR 13.99 (RRP, incl. VAT).
