Elegant re-used backup
Sandberg has brought a new hard disk backup solution onto the market, which is both elegant and incredibly effective. If you have a hard disk hidden away in a drawer, you instantly have an amazingly cheap and truly effective backup solution.
Its compact size and cool design in aluminium mean it feels good in your hands. It slips easily into the supplied travel pouch and fits comfortably in an inside pocket. You can back up all your files, pictures, accounts, etc.
It doesn't take long to screw a standard laptop hard disk (SATA I or II) into the case. The connection does not use pins. Connect the USB2 plug to your computer, and the hard disk will now appear on the screen as if it's a USB key. Or move up a gear by connecting the supplied eSATA plug. The external hard disk then works at the same speed as an internal disk. This is perfect for moving large volumes of data.
